Cavernoma may cause symptoms or non at all. Symptoms from another health condition should not be confused as a definite diagnosis of a cavernoma.
If you suddenly have an onset of symptoms mentioned in the list below or you’ve had problems that haven’t improve over a period of time, then it is always best to and see a qualified health practitioner.
Possible symptoms
Seizures
Stroke
Headaches
Neurological complications including:
Changes to vision
Concentration
Dizziness
Slurred speech
Disorientation
Confusion
Personality/behaviour
Tremor.
Physical changes:
Loss of balance
Weakness in the limbs

Fatigue.
There could be many other types of neurological changes, symptoms and concerns that have not been mentioned above as each case of cavernoma differs in location and size. A cavernoma is unique to the individual, from case to case.
The main concern is that the cavernoma can bleed as the structure of the vessels (responsible for the formation of the cavernoma), have thin walls and could lead to a hemorrhage. Please get urgent medical assistance if the person experiences stroke like symptoms, this should be treated as a medical emergency.
